Spicy Asian Peanut Sauce
Use this popular sauce on chicken, beef and seafood satays, or serve with lettuce wraps or salad rolls.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1-1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. tamarind paste
- 1 tsp. chili garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp. fish sauce
Instructions
- Turn the Evo on and adjust the outer burners to medium.
- In a heavy bottom sauce pot, whisk together all ingredients.
- Heat the sauce on the cook surface in the sauce pot until the sauce is hot but not boiling, just a light simmer.

Serving Suggestions:[br][br]Add some chopped cilantro, chopped peanuts or hoison sauce to expand the flavor profile of this basic asian style sauce.
