Electric Plancha with Smart Heat™ Technology

The Evo Elevation™ 40E Plancha is a high-volume production electric plancha griddle for either back or front-of-house. Use as a direct contact cooking surface like a griddle for searing or sauteing, or heated up to 700°F so that it functions more like an open burner or French Top.  It’s the perfect solution for foodservice operators including restaurants, retail grocery, B&I, Education, and venues. Install on a refrigerated base, equipment stand, or use the stainless steel trim kit for built-in countertop applications.

The Evo Elevation™ 40E Plancha is an electronically controlled Smart Heat™ electric plancha with a grilling surface of 40” x 28.5” x .75” (1016mm x 724mm x 19mm) and a high-temperature output of 700°F for the perfect sear.  The unit is powered by 9 electric heaters. The flat cooking plate makes it easy to transfer food and eliminates the need to cook with pots and pans for added convenience.  Resistive touch screen display provides user-selectable preset temperatures for the entire plancha surface. Create custom temperature presets for managing multiple cooking tasks.  Requires 2” minimum clearance on right and left sides, and 2” clearance at back of unit for ventilation. The stainless steel construction makes this unit durable and easy to wipe down. Electric service: 208V, 60AMP, 3-Phase.
