We visited our brother in Iowa who had a huge feast for 35 people in his backyard kitchen with his Evo. It was such a hit because everyone could gather around and watch the Evo in action. So when we were building our outdoor kitchen, we just had to have one. Our first party was amazing and we cooked bbq pork chops, grilled salmon brochettes with Mango-Orange-Habanero Mojo,(ridiculously good) steamed broccoli, steamed cauliflower, and fried pineapple all on the Evo.
