Evo circular stainless steel racks offer enhanced cooking on the Evo cook surface. Use to roast, bake, and smoke foods by allowing heat to circulate freely around the item. Racks can also be utilized to decelerate cooking and thus be used as a holding station. Comes in set of 2 sizes: 10 inches and 15 inches approximately. Each rack has legs, allowing 3 height levels. Dishwasher safe.
