Cooking at the James Beard Awards was a great honor and our Oregon Dungeness crab reubens were immediately popular. Ted Allen, and other notable Food personalities, salivated over them as they waited in our line. Lots of caterers, guests and media people made multiple inquiries about the amazing grills we used to get our reubens crispy, hot and delicious. We were proud to showcase the Evo Centric 20E and raved about the company and the appliance. Without the Evo Centric, it would have been absolutely impossible to pull our dish off the way we did.
