For Affinity Series Gas And Electric Cooktops
The Evo Column Filter Hood is a stainless steel, V-bank island hood designed to complement the Evo Affinity Series cooktops. It includes a stationary grease collecting gutter at the bottom of the grease extraction device, sloped to drain at one end into a removable stainless steel grease cup. The hood is constructed of 304 stainless steel and has stainless steel high efficiency XGS extractors. There are two models available: one with a balancing damper and one without.
