The Evo Column Filter Exhaust Hood with Chimney is a stainless steel V-bank island hood designed to compliment the Evo Affinity Series cooktops. It includes a stationary grease collecting gutter at the bottom of the grease extraction device which is sloped to a drain at one end into a removable stainless steel grease cup. The sloped gutter is concealed by an apron which extends the full length of the hood. The exhaust hood contains four stainless steel baffle filters. Filters are self draining, UL classified and mounted at a 45° angle from horizontal. The ventilator is constructed of 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel. All exposed surfaces have a number 4 finish.
