Introducing the Evo Flattop grill - 650 square inches edge-to-edge even heating to cook any meal. The Evo Grill is an easy-to-use outdoor cooking system that lets you sear the steaks, steam or stir-fry the vegetables, and create the sauces on the same surface – and at the same time. You can also make pizza, fry eggs, boil lobsters or pasta, poach fish, grill kabobs – in short, make nearly anything you make in the kitchen without ever leaving the grill (or your guests). Built for commercial use, the Evo Grill is constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel throughout.

Place foods directly on the solid steel-cooking surface, use pots and pans – or cook both ways at once. There’s no front or back of the grill, so you can reach food anywhere on the 30” diameter cooking surface with ease. Two independent concentric burners deliver up to 48,000 BTU’s of even heat from 250o to 630o F. A drip pan surrounds the surface to channel grease into a dishwasher-safe, stainless steel tray. Removable vented hood is made of scratch and weather resistant hard anodized aluminum – use it for roasting steaming or smoking foods. Cleaning kit included. Delivery fully assembled.
