Shipping Information

All products are shipped FOB Beaverton, Oregon. You own the products once they leave Evo’s dock, therefore the freight carrier's rules state that the Customer is responsible for filing any claims with them for loss or damages during shipment. Please inspect the packaging and product upon receipt. Note in detail any noticeable or suspected damage of box/product or box count shortages on the carrier’s bill of lading prior to signing for the shipment. Important: signing for the shipment without noting possible loss or damages waives your right to make a claim with the carrier. We suggest you have the truck driver initial your note as a witness to what you see. As soon as possible contact the freight company's Customer Service Dept to begin the claim process. Even though technically we have no say in the matter, immediately call Evo for assistance with your claim – we’ll do what we can to help! Making a claim against a carrier is valid only up to 72 hours from receipt, so timing is important.
