Delivery Signature

Signature upon delivery by an adult is required for all shipments over $100.

Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering products from Evo, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Modifications

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for and reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Return and Refund

Evo, Incorporated wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. New merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Return instructions are available to you by email or by fax. All return items must be in original factory condition. Return shipments must be prepaid by customer returning the item. We do not accept COD shipments. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained through an Evo Customer Support Representative; request by email at sales@evoamerica.com. All products must be returned in the original shipping carton. Returned items will not be accepted without the RMA number on the outside of the package, so it can be identified before we sign for the receipt of a shipment. Due to the nature of our products, we must check and repackage each returned item, therefore, we must charge a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective items. Customer CAN NOT return used, burnt, or special order items. Please note, we cannot refund shipping costs. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item. We will not issue credits until the merchandise has been received and inspected.
