Foodservice Regional Account Manager (posted 3/12/2012)

Evo is growing and seeking experienced sales professionals with a proven track record to join our team as Regional Account Managers, responsible for expanding and developing newly-defined markets as well as managing existing relationships comprised of foodservice professionals, commercial equipment resellers, commercial designers, commercial food & beverage executives, and major corporate accounts.  This is primarily an inside sales position with occasional travel for outside sales opportunities, relationship development and trade shows. Candidates must possess a strong sales aptitude, be self-motivated and have outstanding communication skills. Our sales team is measured by results.  So if you can sell and have demonstrated successful sales results, we want to talk with you.

Qualified candidates will have a proven ability to manage and create long term business relationships with a variety of business contacts via phone, email and written business correspondence. The candidate will possess the ability to communicate the culinary and social benefits of Evo cooking equipment to food savvy, professional clients. The candidate will possess the ability to engage strategic business development and consultative conversations. The candidate must have a successful and creative approach to problem solving, and the spirit to accept challenges. Additionally, the candidate must be a self starter with attention to detail and with the ability to excel in a team environment supporting strong ethics.

Skills and Abilities
•    5 years minimum consultative sales experience, preferably within the foodservice industry
•    Demonstrated successful sales ability, prospecting and relationship building to generate leads
•    Proven track record identifying, qualifying and closing sales opportunities
•    Ability to consistently exceed quotas
•    Technical sales ability
•    Strong pipeline management
•    Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit
•    Experience developing and managing diverse sales channels a PLUS
•    Outstanding communication skills; verbal and grammatical excellence for developing and writing business correspondence and contractual letters of understanding
•    Experience with customer relationship management software a MUST; Experience with Salesforce.com a PLUS
•    Attention to detail in all job functions and self-starter
•    Proficiency with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google apps a PLUS
•    Business degree, BA/BS or equivalent experience
